Returns Policy

Returns Window

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • With all original tags and packaging

In-Store Returns (Free)

Returns can be made free of charge in-store.

Simply bring your item along with your order confirmation, and we’ll process your return for you.


Returns by Post

If you’re unable to return your item in-store, you can send it back to us.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items that have been worn or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned outside of the 14-day window

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new one.
